Here at Ginch Gonch your satisfaction is our #1 priority. While we’re sure that you will be head over heels in love with your Ginch Gonch gear, we understand that there may be a need to exchange an item. Due to health code regulations however, underwear may not be refunded or exchanged. Other clothing items that are unworn and unlaundered may be exchanged or returned within 30 days of delivery (with the exception of underwear). Please make sure that all packaging and tags are intact and that you have your order number on-hand.
You are responsible for return shipping fees. In the unlikely event that you receive damaged goods, or items that you did not order, it is important that the item(s) remain unworn, unopened, and unlaundered so we can credit you in full, including return shipping if it is a result of our error. For all other returns, standard shipping fees apply to the replacement item(s). The exchange shipping cost must be paid before your exchange items can be shipped out to you.
How to Return Your Purchase
Please follow these steps to successfully return your item(s) for exchange:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Authorization Number. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.
- Please make sure to ship the item in good packaging. We are not responsible for damage to products in transit back to us.
- To ensure that the package arrives back to us safely and that you are credited, please use a pre-paid, insured and traceable method (such as UPS, Fed-Ex, Certified mail or another method) where you receive a shipping slip that can be used to trace the delivery.
Refunds for exchanges/returns will be issued for the value of good plus applicable tax ONLY. No original shipping charges will be refunded.
Please note that Ginch Gonch may refuse any return if it does not meet our return guidelines.
