Inventory Levels, Backorders & Pre-Order Items

Inventory Levels: Our website offers sizes, styles, and designs based on inventory available in all our warehouses combined. Therefore, there is the possibility that an item you purchase may not be available to ship to you. You will be contacted in 1-2 business days if you need to make a substitution on an unavailable item.

Backorders: Most items available for purchase online will be in stock, however, due to fluctuations in Internet sales, and variations in our various warehouse inventories certain items may not be available. If your order contains an item that is on backorder, your order will not ship until the item is in stock. The amount of time for out of stock products to be replenished at our warehouses ranges from 1-2 weeks, but it may take longer depending on manufacturing schedules. You will be charged for your ENTIRE order at the time of purchase.

Duties & Taxes

U.S. Orders – orders shipping to a U.S. address will be shipped from our U.S. warehouse. Orders shipping within the U.S. are not subject to import duties or taxes.

Canadian Orders - orders shipping to a Canadian address will ship from our Canadian warehouse. Orders shipping within Canada are not subject to import duties or taxes.

European & International Orders – orders shipped to a European or international address will be shipped from our U.S. warehouse. There are no taxes or duties charged by Ginch Gonch for orders shipping from the USA, but you may incur import taxes and duties in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Many countries do not charge taxes or duties on items below a certain cost; check with your post office or taxation office for details about taxes or duties on small imports.
